Step 1 - First draw the eyebrow, depending on the mood the eyebrow will be pointed downwards or upwards.Step 2- Add the actual eye itself
a dbz eye is usually pretty strange looking but it can be drawn fairly easy.
Step 3-add in the pupil usually it will just be a semi circle but this eye is a ssj4 one.
Step-4 Shade in the eye/Color it.
